GDH GUANGNAN (HOLDINGS) LIMITED (hereinafter called ”GUANGNAN HOLDINGS”) is a Hong Kong listed company owned by GDH Limited, a provincial enterprise in Guangdong. Guangnan Holdings was founded in 1982 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1994 (Stock code: 01203). Its holding company is GDH Limited, which has an approximate 59.19% interest in Guangnan. GDH Limited is currently the largest conglomerate of the Guangdong Province operating outside the Mainland China.

As an investment holding company, Guangnan Holdings run businesses of modern agri-food, tinplate and alloy material mainly in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong. As of May 2023, Guangnan Holdings have been holding 7 companies under its jurisdiction, 2 equity participating companies, and assisting in management of 1 company. In 2022, its total asset was 3.3 billion HKD and its annual turnover was about 2.5 billion HKD.
In the future, Guangnan Holdings will focus on modern agriculture development, speed up the establishment of “Vegetable Basket” market in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. With its development driven by the dual wheels of the whole-chain operation of livestock and poultry (mainly pigs and chickens) as well as the modern agricultural industrial park, Guangnan Holdings will take the operation of its industry chain platform as the carrier, and focus on the expansion of downstream network and customers, capital penetration in the process of breeding, butchery and supporting warehousing and logistics. BUSINESS INTRODUCTION
Tinplate business
At present, it has two production bases in Zhongshan, Guangdong and Qinhuangdao, Hebei. It has formed an annual production capacity of 490000 tons of tinplate, 140000 tons of tinplate base plate, 80000 tons of coated iron and 50000 tons of coated iron. Its products are sold to more than 400 enterprises in China, as well as South America, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Yuehai Zhongyue was established in June 1989 with a registered capital of 84.2528 million US dollars. It is a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province and a strong and excellent enterprise in Zhongshan City. China Guangdong POSCO is a foreign-funded enterprise jointly invested by Guangnan group and POSCO, a global top 500 enterprise. The company was established on February 16, 2007, with a total investment of US $60 million and a registered capital of US $30 million. Guangnan group accounts for 66% of the shares.
Modern agriculture and fresh service
The agency and trading business of fresh and live commodities for Hong Kong is the traditional business of Guangnan group, which mainly undertakes the supply of all kinds of fresh and live food in Hong Kong. At present, the main varieties include live pigs, live cattle, live chickens, chilled pork, frozen poultry, etc. In recent years, it has become one of the important profit sources of Guangnan group. At present, the proportion of live pigs exported to Hong Kong through the agency of Guangnan group is about 45%.

发展定位：客户最可靠的马口铁供应链服务商。 通过对各种管理要素的优化整合，实现企业全面升级转型，确保行业市场地位，以实施创新驱动发展战略为总抓手，推动产品结构的战略性调整，满足及引导客户需求，确保产能规模发挥，提升国有资产经营回报，择机盘活落后产能资源，打造成为最可靠的马口铁供应链服务商。
（1）中短期工作：马口铁业务以稳定规模为主，通过“四个调整”（区域结构、客户结构、产品结构、原料来源结构）对供应链结构进行组合优化。
（2）中长期工作：计划于2020年开展战略检讨，重新梳理马口铁业务的中长期发展方向。
2、鲜活业务
发展定位：粤港澳大湾区最具影响力的产业链食品品牌运营商。 通过提升无政策依托下的市场运营能力，巩固现有活猪政策代理的市场地位及市场占有率（45%左右），以应对政策放开风险；争取获得有一定发展前景的名优特食品区域总代理权或经销权，推动业务从政策代理向市场代理转变。以食品质量安全管理体系和品牌影响力为抓手，择机开拓内地业务，卡位资源完善布局，实施“品牌+资本”双轮驱动战略，打造成为粤港澳大湾区最具影响力的产业链食品品牌运营商
（1）中短期工作：为满足疫情防控长期化需要，广南行将加大食品安全管理人力投入，有效推进全流程食品质量安全体系（QC体系）。在品牌建设方面，广南行将依托在惠康超市经营约50家鲜肉零售档的运营管理经验，发挥供港活猪产业链协同优势，打造广南鲜肉品牌，择机扩大肉类批发和零售规模。以食品质量安全管理体系及品牌为抓手，形成安全、高效食品供应全过程商业模式，稳定香港存量业务。
（2）中长期工作：通过加强对全产业链各重要环节渗透，积极发展增量业务。择机并购香港跨境运输和冷链物流业务，以“资本+品牌”的手段战略性布局大湾区活猪屠宰业务、冰鲜肉加工和冷链物流等业务，为广南行构建粤港澳大湾区鲜活全链条业务运营格局奠定基础，共同拓展食品加工、冷链物流、品牌食品代理销售等综合食品业务及探索开展国际大宗食品贸易业务。
3、华金科技
通过强化危机意识、创新意识、机遇意识和责任意识，突出“四个核心”（核心技术、核心产品、核心市场、核心团队）聚焦市场抓好生产经营，推动华金科技高质量发展迈上一个新的台阶。
